Space is available from 6am to 9pm daily, including weekends with minimum 2 hour bookings.  If you wish to book outside of these hours, please contact us.


This is a self-service space.  There is no onsite management of the space.  Each group is responsible for clean up and returning the space to its original condition upon leaving.  If this is violated, then that group will not be allowed to rent again.

What is cleanup?

  • Straighten the room to the way you found it.

  • Take out the trash (bins are outside in the parking lot)

Use of Keurig

Guests may use the Keurig at no charge while renting the space.

Use of Printers

There are printers onsite but not available for use.  If you need use of the printer, please contact us: bookit@meetingoutpost.com


You may bring catered meals to the space but we do require that you clean up after.  There are cleaners, trashbags, floor sweeper available.


Repeat Bookings

For groups or businesses wishing to rent the space on a repeat schedule, we offer discounted rates.  Please contact us to discuss.

Hourly rates are

$25/hour Weekdays​

$35/hour Weekends

$20/hour Nonprofit organizations

$125/full day flat booking (5hrs or more)

  • Dry erase boards - free to use but wipe clean after

  • Projector - HDMI or VGA projectors are available for flat $20 per event.  We setup and take down.
